Kathy is a licensed title insurance agent in Pennsylvania through Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and holds her license under Sain Settlement Services, LLC. Kathy has also practiced law for over twelve years, ten of which have been in Pennsylvania. Prior to coming to Pittsburgh, Kathy received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Valparaiso University and thereafter received her Juris Doctorate in Law from Cleveland State University – College of Law. Until moving to Pittsburgh, Kathy practiced in Cleveland, Ohio where she continues her active status. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Northern Allegheny County Chamber of Commerce, chairs the Economic Development Committee, is a member of The Small Business Network for the North Hills and Butler Chapters, and is an Advisory Board Member for TSBN.
